Keith Haring (1958-1990) is considered one of the most influential and significant artists of the 20th century. The exhibition consists of six chapters that feature his most iconic creations such as the radiant baby, dancing figures and large hearts.

By drawing with white chalk on the unused advertising boards in the subway stations of New York, Haring successfully reached broader audiences in the city. These cartoon images, including monochrome, hollow abstract figures, and barking dogs, became the foundation for Haring's public art, which he devoted the majority of his time to creating. His works typically came with a social message.

Harring created over 50 public artworks in dozens of cities around the world between 1982 and 1989. Many were made for charitable organizations, hospitals, kindergartens, and orphanages.
